Terms of Service

Effective date: June 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Workflow Practice Lab (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Workflow Practice Lab provides scenario-based ServiceNow training content. Sprint 01 is available free of charge. Additional sprints are unlocked with a one-time purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without our permission.

4. Payment and billing

Paid tiers are a one-time purchase processed via Stripe, not a recurring subscription. You are not billed again after your initial purchase, and there is nothing to cancel. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

We may change pricing for future purchases at any time; a price change never affects access you have already purchased.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell any course content
  • Use the Service to train a machine learning model without our written consent
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or circumvent any security controls
  • Upload content that contains real customer data, personal information, or proprietary information belonging to a third party

6. Intellectual property

All course content, ticket scenarios, model answers, and platform code are owned by Workflow Practice Lab and are protected by copyright. Your reflections and notes remain yours; by submitting them you grant us a limited licence to display them back to you within the platform.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Workflow Practice Lab is an independent training company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ServiceNow, Inc.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
