Privacy Policy

Workflow Practice Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent training platform for ServiceNow practitioners. Our registered contact address is hello@workflowpracticelab.com.

When you create an account or use the platform we collect:

• Account data — your email address, chosen learning path, experience level, goal, and job title.
• Progress data — which tickets you have completed, hint usage, and reflection text you submit.
• Billing data — your purchase status and Stripe customer ID. We do not store card numbers; payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 90 days.

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and improve the training platform
• Send transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, billing receipts)
• Enforce purchase-based access rules
• Aggregate anonymous usage statistics to improve content

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in Section 4.

We rely on the following sub-processors:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU/US)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure

Each processor has its own privacy policy and processes data only as necessary to provide us their service.

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for 7 years).

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@workflowpracticelab.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We use a single session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
